I have had children attend Cradle Club for almost 10 years.
Both my current 10 year old and 6 year old attended from 4 months to Kindergarten age. Our experience there was literally flawless.
The staff was like family to us- making not only our children feel safe and comfortable but I personally also found friendship and compassion for events in my own life thru my daily communication with the teachers.
Both our children scored close to 100% in the Kindergarten prep tests in the Edina school district and thanks to the head start my 4th grade daughter received at the Cradle Club, she is now in the gifted and talented program at her elementary school.
Now that both our children are in elementary school - I look back at our days at the Cradle Club and so miss the warm atmosphere, consistent hugs and high fives my kids received daily, and the compassion of the staff to our family's needs and desires.
The entire CC experience was not just a "day-care" for our kids - it was an extension of our family unit!

We are writing to share our impressions of your outstanding older toddler program staff.
Lauren, Jaime, Luke and Angela have really exceeded our expectations within their respective roles in Evan’s development. As evidenced by how much he is learning and growing, they clearly demonstrate creativity and excellence day in and day out. In terms of what we actually see first hand, we find them to be patient and flexible at drop off, and thorough and proactive at pick up. Their commitment, in addition to what is clearly a superior structure and curriculum, gives us true piece of mind.
Our decision to leave Nolan in the care of the Cradle Club after he was born was an easy one to make, and was heavily shaped by our recent experiences with these exceptional people. Thank you for all that you and your team do on a daily basis. Please know that this work is not taken for granted. Keep it up!

I have been working at The Cradle Club for nine years. I hope I can put into words properly what it has meant to me. I love the children, I love the families and you could not ask for better co-workers. I choose to work in childcare because I love and enjoy children and all the new experiences they bring into your life each and every day. I have 3 children of my own and could not ask for a better place for them to explore and learn!

I have been a pre-k teacher at The Cradle Club for almost 15 years. I never thought teaching preschool would become such a passion in my life!
My own two girls have gone through our program and have truly blossomed from their experience here. I feel being a mom has made me a better more productive teacher, and being a teacher has made me a more compassionate and understanding mother.
Connecting one-on-one daily with the children and parents is what I love most. I also thoroughly enjoy planning, implementing and monitoring each child’s development. I have been blessed to work for and with such wonderful and optimistic owners, Scott and Maria and our fabulous director Sarah. They make me feel completely valued in all I do and say.
This center gives off warmth not found in many workplaces. This warmth is something to call “home”. I would not want to spend my day elsewhere! I am so grateful for The Cradle Club! This IS the best place for a child’s early education!
